Isiah Thomas sends John Stockton to the Hall of Fame

September 10th, 2009 | by Spencer Hall

It just doesn’t sound right, does it?

Stockton claimed that playing against Isiah in an AAU tournament in high school changed everything about the way he approached the game and gave him the confidence that he could play. Also, I’m almost positive Stockton doesn’t read the papers or watch TV, so there’s a good chance he has no idea that Thomas is persona non grata in several leagues.

It’ll make things interesting, however. I’ll have some words to say about Stockton before the induction ceremony on Friday, but in the meantime, enjoy Stockton sending the Utah Jazz to the NBA finals:

Good stuff from SLC Dunk.
