On this week’s episode of the Salt City Hoops Podcast, we first talk to Justin Sweeney, former broadcast assistant for the Jazz, now resident of Portland. He was at last night’s game, and gives us a rundown of his perspective just behind the Jazz’s bench for this non-televised game. Then, we bring Salt City Hoops writer Dan Clayton on the show, to talk about his last few posts. In particular, what are the Jazz doing well with passing and pace that should make a difference in the Quin Snyder era? All that and a Crazy Trade Idea, on this week’s show!

Enjoy the podcasts. Thanks for the time and effort. I am a old time basketball fan. I was at one of the championship games with the Utah Stars of the ABA. Have admired Ron Boone ever since. Now tere was a hard nosed ball player. My friend and I favorite player then in te NBA was Pistol Pete. He is still one of my favorites. Hence when the Jazz came here we were well pleased. I am one that listens to the podcast that does not tweet, or play on facebook. Evans is a fan favorite and I hope they can find him some minutes.I would hate to seehim traded. But if he could find his nitch with anoter team and be a success then so be it.

Crazy trade ideas: Send Kanter, Burks, and Hood to Houston for Harden.
Send Exum to OKC for Russell Westbrook.
Those two teams would have to bank on potential to make the trade even.

    C Rudy Gobert
    PF Derrick Favors
    SF Gordon Hayward
    SG James Harden
    PG Russell Westbrook, Trey Burke
