He can be the leader. I think Hayward and Favors need to worry about leading the team on the court with their play, where as Burke needs to be the general barking orders.

I’m like you, I don’t watch college, I just rely on the scouting reports from ESPN.
I hope Hayward can become a lock down defender on the perimeter, that would really take a lot of stress from Favors down low.
