In the NBA doldrums of August, we’re kicking it back to 2012 here at Salt City Hoops! This weekend, Salt City Hoops founder Spencer Hall, former SCH contributors Jeff Lind and Justin Davies and newcomer Angie Treasure got together and recorded a podcast to celebrate what once was.  The dream team discusses the “New Gordon Hayward”, the Jazz’s Summer League experience, and much more! Based on percentages of when Trey began starting, if he had started all year the Jazz would have won 29 games. I believe that is the starting point for a number of wins. Improvements with the core players across the board (Gobert, Kanter, Favors, Hayward, Burke and Burks) and additions of Quin Snyder, Exum, Hood, and Booker, I think the Jazz are deeper and could compete for 5-8 additional wins. My prediction…36 wins, 11th in West and slotted for the 10th pick in next years draft.
