As agreements slowed on Sunday afternoon, there were lots of questions about how the Jazz were managing the cap and how they might move forward. I recorded this quickly to help Jazz fans understand the machinations of the salary cap, and what might come next (although sadly the Ed Davis news hit just a little too late, so this recording does not include that signing, which presumably was completed with the Room Mid-Level Exception of $4.78 million).
